I'm a new customer, how do I set-up an account with you?
We only work with ad specialty distributors so we would need your industry affiliation number (PPAI, SAGE, DC, UPIC, etc.), a copy of your W9 and sales tax certificate (if applicable). This can be sent in along with your order.

Do you charge for a PMS matching fee?
No, we do not, but most of our items have set-ups.

Can you rush an order?
Yes, most of our domestic inventory is available for 24hr or 48hr rush services depending on current inventory. Please contact salesteam@logoincluded.com for immediate service.

Do you charge for an e-proof or mockup?
No, we offer free mockups and even custom flyers at no charge. We can create mockups in an hour. A custom flyer usually takes a day.

What is your FOB point?
We ship out of Cumming, GA 30041.

Can you ship into Canada?
Yes, we actually provide FOB Toronto pricing on our website. This includes freight, duties and brokerage shipping into Toronto. HST/GST will be billed separately. We only bill in USD.

Can you ship into other countries besides Canada?
We can ship to most countries if a shipper number is provided. Freight, duties and taxes would be billed to this number. We cannot ship items with lithium batteries into certain countries.

What is your sample policy?
We can send $12.5 (v) in samples out no cost with a shipper number.

What is the country of origin on your products?
China is the country of origin on all of our products.

Is there a 3rd party shipper number fee?
Yes, there is a $5(v), plus $2.5(v) per additional box fee to use a 3rd party shipper number.
